TECHNICAL INFORMATION ON THE

BROOKLYN HOUSE SERIES

by EDWARD COPPOLA

This series was shot with a Fujica 6 x 9 rangefinder camera with a 65 mm fixed wide-angle lens, or with a vintage Rolleiflex twin-lens camera with an 80 mm normal lens.

All film was Tri-X Professional 120, usually shot at 400 ISO. Film was developed in D-76 diluted 1:1 at about 68 degrees F.

I have been experimenting with Kodak X-Tol film developer, and am now using that primarily.

These prints are made on Agfa Portriga Rapid, a paper I have used for many years. I am now also using the Ilford warm-tone multi-fiber paper, which has similar characteristics.
